white legs + bridge (brooklyn)
I took this polaroid on a friends rooftop in DUMBO, Brooklyn. Many people have suggested over the years that I photograph the Brooklyn Bridge. though knowing it would be popular, did not want to be another photographer photographing the Brooklyn Bridge. The bridge just happened to be in the background, as trees are in the background on other polaroids. Her legs in white tights…..seem to flow with the curve of the bridge. My favorite part of the photograph is her foot. It’s amazing how just a curled foot says “I’m a dancer”
